Hi, I’m Ely — short for Elyssa Flores! I’m a self-taught artist, and I first discovered my love for creating back in 2021. It all started with simple pen doodles in my journal, and I just never stopped. Over time, I fell in love with acrylic, mixed media, and especially textured art.

 

My work is really a reflection of me — colorful, emotional, and full of feeling. A lot of my ocean pieces were inspired by my time living in California, where I’d go to the beach to find peace and quiet. Creating art has become something really therapeutic for me, and I love that I found this talent on my own and keep learning with every piece I make. 

 

Soy Ely, una artista autodidacta. Empecé a crear en el 2021 cuando tomé mi pluma y nunca paré. Trabajo principalmente con acrílico, técnicas mixtas y arte con textura — es mi forma de expresarme. Mi arte es muy colorido, como mi personalidad, y muchas piezas están inspiradas en el mar y en momentos de calma. Es algo muy sanador para mí, y me encanta seguir creciendo con cada obra que hago.
